The Midnight Walk is an eight mile circular walk around Ipswich town centre starting at Ipswich Town Football club on Portman Road on Saturday 22nd May 2010.
Start times will be staggered every 15 minutes and walkers can select a time between 10:30pm and 12.45am when they register. Depending on how quickly you walk, you can expect to return to Ipswich Town Football Club two to three hours after you set off.
The registration fee is £15 and includes a Midnight Walk T-shirt to wear on the night, refreshments en route and a goody bag. Walker packs with the T-shirt, walker number and instructions for taking part will be sent out around three weeks before the event.
Dress to impress on the night with costumes, wigs, bunny ears, feather boas or whatever takes your fancy. For inspiration why not buy our special party pack, which costs £10 and includes flashing furry head boppers and a battery powered colour changing necklace (see picture right).
We will keep you smiling as you walk with a number of attractions. There will be hot refreshments available at the football club and en route, but we encourage all walkers to bring a bottle of water.
